Meet The Team
Gordon Thomas
Gordon has staged more than 100 exhibitions & events, including the UK’s largest: - Spring Fair, Autumn Fair, Interbuild, and GLEE (the Garden & Leisure Equipment Exhibition). In 2009, with his current colleagues, he went on to launch PATS, the Pet & Aquatics Trade Show, which grew from a regional trade show to the UK’s pet industry event at the NEC, and AQUA, the aquatics and watergardening trade show. He also managed BETA International for the equestrian trade association, helping revive the show to its former glory. Gordon’s desire has always been to stage exhibitions which deliver great value for exhibitors and create positive experiences for visitors and exhibitors alike.
Jo Scotting
Jo has managed the operations on over 40 events in her career, including shows such as GLEE, Spring Fair and Autumn Fair at the NEC, as well as Picture Business Live and Retail Solutions. Jo managed the operations on PATS & AQUA from their inception, together with BETA International. Throughout this time, she has never lost sight of the importance of meticulous attention to detail ensuring the smoothest exhibitor experience from start to finish.
Jo Bladon
Jo started her career in exhibitions working on GLEE, Spring Fair, Autumn Fair, Summer Fair and Professional Beauty, prior to the launch of PATS and AQUA. She organised the 700-seater AQUA Awards Dinner and worked as a crucial member of the BETA International team. She has implemented and managed the visitor experience and International Buyer Programme for PATS & AQUA. Jo's experience and skills managing visitor promotion, show features and websites are all fundamental to achieving a successful event.
